Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
